This is the shuttle-level view of the rotating service structure's rollback to the space shuttle. There is also a video available with the ground-level view of the MLP.

This video was created based on NASA public webcam images, which I compiled into a stream. Pictures were taken in a one-minute interval. Unfortunately, the point of view changes quite often. So I have resorted to a slow animation, which will hopefully allow you to get the overall idea. The pictures were taken during Discovery's STS-120 mission preparation on October, 11th. The RSS was retracted to permit the APU hotfire test to be executed.
